You're a sexy combination of sweet and tart. You're colorful, fun, and a welcome wedding guest (maybe because you're the one who shows up with a beautifully wrapped box from tiffany for the bride and groom).
But we won't find you hiding in a corner for the funeral after the bride's drunk uncle jim has one too many shots of tequila and decides to walk off the end of the dock to "marry a mermaid."
Instead, you'll be front and center, holding court with your many admirerers and planning the post-funeral afterparty.
You might look frilly and sweet, but you also pack quite a punch.
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously to ensure the egg white is thoroughly mixed into the drink. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry or lime.
Note: The egg white gives this drink its signature frothy look. You can leave it out without too much change in taste if you're squeamish about raw eggs. But you're not really squeamish about much, are you?
